Project Overview:

Club of Mozambique partnered with us to stabilise, modernise, and future-proof one of the country’s most established English-language news platforms. The project focused on restoring technical integrity, improving performance, and restructuring the digital platform to support high-volume editorial publishing at national scale.

Our role extended beyond design or development—we acted as Lead Digital Architect and Technical Steward, ensuring the platform could operate reliably under real-world traffic, advertising, and content demands.
